Os conceitos conservação e restauro surgem normalmente em conjunto, no entanto, são diferentes relativamente aos objetivos pretendidos. O restauro pode ser definido como as ações que têm como objetivo melhorar a aparência dos bens conservados, devolvendo-lhe unidade estética. Durante esta visita iremos ver casos práticos de intervenções de restauro em peças da exposição permanente. Maria Oliveira, Técnica Superior do Museu, orientará esta visita.
