De modo a terminar um filme iniciado em 2010, um realizador convoca a equipa que tinha estado envolvida no processo para um encontro num pequeno hotel de Wuhan (China). É Janeiro de 2020 e nada faz prever o que se sucederá: a cidade é colocada em confinamento total devido à pandemia de covid-19. Impossibilitados de sair dali, todos ficam com as vidas em suspenso.
Estreado no Festival de Cinema de Cannes em Maio de 2024, um drama sobre a incerteza dos primeiros dias da pandemia de covid-19, realizado por Ye Lou, que escreveu o argumento com Yingli Ma.
