A pinacoteca do MNFMC tem à sua guarda pinturas provenientes do retábulo do altar-mor da Igreja de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios da autoria do Pintor Pedro Nunes (1586-1637). Pintor eborense com atividade documentada nas primeiras décadas do século XVII, foi esquecido durante séculos e reabilitado, entre outros, por Vítor Serrão, historiador de Arte que nos vem falar sobre este artista da Contra-Reforma.
A apresentação de Margarida Filipe incide sobre a intervenção de conservação e restauro da pintura Adoração dos Magos realizada no âmbito do estágio curricular do Mestrado em Conservação e Restauro, no MNFMC.
